SatAM Robotnik is surprisingly my favorite version of Robotnik. He’s creepy as hell, which is exactly what a villain should be.

@LordExor I get that, but what would you do after that? No one to serve him, to converse with, to provide comfort or challenge. He clearly wouldn't make new life as that would be antithetical to everything he did up until this point. Megatron would just be alone in a dead world. He could make more worlds like Cybertron, but that pushes the problem back.
@@michaeliv284 He would have absorbed all the sparks on Cybertron. Perhaps he could torment them all spiritually? I don't think he cared about being alone so long as he had ultimate control.

@@Vrabsher_-Supreme_Perhinther- A plot device that essentially means the conflict is resolved with a solution that arrives from nowhere rather than organically built toward. When Megatron has Optimus ensnared and disconnected from the Oracle, it takes intervention from the Oracle itself to help him break free and allow him to reformat Megatron's throne. So what we have here is literal "divine intervention" stepping in to stop Megatron, who had successfully overcome the Maximals at that point.

@@LordExor oh damn didn't expect you here lmao. I see your point, but without his occasional goofiness, he just becomes a boring old villain (I'm pretty sure even SatAM Robotnik had some visual goofiness to go with that extra weight). Personally, I think SA2 Eggman was the best Eggman in the games, but a bit more ruthlessness and he can become a truly terrifying villain.
Aside from this appeared in this series, I think this Beast Machines Megatron possibly will be main antagonist in Transformers Legacy series (i assume he'll be leader/commander class)

If you ask me I think Optimus should have thrown Megatron into the sun let him melt down or left him to drift off into space for all eternity then none of this would have happened or Optimus and his team should’ve left Megatron on a barren planet other than earth instead of bringing him back to Cybertron.
